Nebraska Coaches Association Refund Policy

Membership Registration:

The annual Nebraska Coaches Association (NCA) membership can be purchased at any point within the calendar year. Actual membership spans from August 1 to July 31 annually. Membership fees are non-refundable and may not be prorated.

Clinic Registrations:

The Nebraska Coaches Association (NCA) administers the Multi-Sports Clinic and several individual sport clinics annually. Refunds for the Multi-Sports Clinic may be requested prior to July 1 with a full refund allowed. Any refund requests received after July 1 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee if requested prior to the Clinic (no refunds post-Clinic). All other individual sport clinics are non-refundable.

Leadership & Sportsmanship Summit Registrations:

Summit registrations by schools are refundable up to 10 days in advance of the event. No refunds will be processed after such date.

Nebraska State Cheerleading & Dance Championships:

The Nebraska Coaches Association (NCA) administers the annual Nebraska State Cheerleading & Dance Championships. School registration may be refunded completely until the online registration closing date. Registration closing date is set annually in December.

Event Exhibitor Registrations:

Exhibitors registering for events may secure a full refund up to 30 days in advance of the event. No refunds will be processed after such date.

Nebraska Coaches Association's Privacy Policy

In order to use this website to register for membership or an event, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Registration

The NCA requests information from you on our registration form. To register for membership or an event, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your request. If we have trouble processing your request, we'll use this information to contact you.

Sharing

The NCA only shares membership information that is directly related as a membership benefit. No other information will be shared.

Security

The NCA takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
